In addition, trauma and grief can have a profound impact on people's lives which can make people feel as if they are battling the issues alone.
My goal is to create a safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable enough to explore these difficult thoughts & feelings. By doing so, this can help promote understanding, awareness, & growth so their symptoms may start to decrease.
By utilizing psychodynamic psychotherapy in conjunction with other complementary therapy approaches, we will work together to help you develop a deeper understanding about yourself as well as other relationships in your life. These methods of treatment can also help to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
